INFORMATION PURSUANT TO ART. 13
LEGISLATIVE DECREE 30 JUNE 2003, N. 196
Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 containing the “Code regarding the protection of personal data”, LA SEMIORTO SEMENTI SRL, as data controller, informs that the personal data acquired with reference to the relationships established with its Customers and Suppliers, will be processed in compliance with the aforementioned legislation. The data processing takes place in compliance with the rights of fundamental freedoms, as well as the dignity of the interested party, with particular reference to confidentiality and personal identity and the right to protection of personal data.
Pursuant to article 13 of Legislative Decree. n.196/2003, therefore, we provide the following information:
The data provided, or in any case available at our company, will be processed with electronic and non-electronic tools and will be processed for contractual needs and for the consequent fulfillment of the legal and contractual obligations deriving from them, as well as the achievement of effective management of commercial relationships. In particular for the acquisition and management of orders, and related fiscal obligations as well as for the purposes of entrustment for debts/credits of a commercial nature.
LA SEMIORTO SEMENTI SRL informs that their provision is mandatory as required by legal and contractual obligations, therefore, the refusal to provide them, in whole or in part, would result in our inability to proceed with the same contractual relationships.
The provision of other data, not attributable to legal and contractual obligations, but referable to marketing activities for market analysis and research, promotional activities, customer satisfaction surveys, is optional since they are data that LA SEMIORTO SEMENTI SRL collects to optimize the performance of its business. Refusal to provide these data does not affect the optimal performance of services, however, any refusal will make it impossible to propose commercial initiatives and discount coupons on products offered by our company.
Excluding communications and disclosures made in compliance with legal and contractual obligations, the data provided will be used solely for legal compliance and may be communicated, for the sole purposes of credit protection and better management of the respective rights relating to the individual commercial relationship, in particular to:
- Debt collection and credit insurance companies;
- Banks for commercial information;
- Trade associations for consultancy or trade union activities;
- Consultants and service companies,
- Professionals for the fulfillment of tax and accounting obligations.
- Your personal data will not be disclosed in any case.
- Personal data may be transferred to countries of the European Union and to third countries outside the EU in compliance with the purposes for which the data is collected.

Finally, we remind you that the rights referred to in art. 7 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n. 196 are recognized, and, in particular, the right to access your personal data, to request its rectification, updating and cancellation, if incomplete, erroneous or collected in violation of the law, as well as to oppose their processing for legitimate reasons by addressing requests to the Data Controller.
